What collaborative projects has United Way HPE created?
United Way HPE has developed two major collaborative hubs that bring multiple services together: The Bridge Integrated Care Hub and the HART Hub. These facilities integrate healthcare, housing, and social services under one roof, creating comprehensive support for community members in need.
