What types of gardens can I expect to see on the Garden Tour?

The CFUW Town & Country Garden Tour features eight carefully selected gardens showcasing tremendous variety to appeal to different interests. You'll see beautiful landscapes ranging from small, compact gardens in subdivision lots to expansive gardens overlooking the Bay of Quinte shoreline. Featured plantings include peonies, roses, tulip trees, hydrangeas, and wisteria. Landscape features throughout the gardens include pergolas, rock gardens, butterfly houses, waterfalls, koi ponds, historic log cabins, citrus fruit trees, bird feeders, and bat houses. At each garden location, a CFUW hostess greets guests and answers questions, while the gardeners themselves are on hand to chat about their gardening experiences and techniques. This diversity ensures there's something interesting for every gardening enthusiast.
